Sourdough

In 2020 and 2021, I sold homemade bread, sourdough starter, salt from the local bay, and other provisions (alongside my zines) at my local farmers market. This is the instructional zine (in two formats) which came with the dried sourdough. You can start your own starter at home by following the feeding instructions in order to collect the wild yeasts.
